    Postpartum Support After IVF

When you've worked this hard to meet your baby, the fourth trimester can bring feelings no one warned you about: relief and joy alongside exhaustion, lingering anxiety, or the pressure to feel nothing but grateful. You deserve support that understands the whole road that brought you here.

As a postpartum doula with a nursing background in both fertility and mother-baby care, I offer calm, experienced in-home support for IVF and fertility-journey families, including overnight care, newborn care education, feeding support, and space for you to recover and process your experience.

My support is non-medical. I work alongside your OB, pediatrician, and care team, not in place of them.

What Makes Hope to Haven Different

    • I've been on your side of the IVF journey, professionally.

As a registered nurse in a fertility clinic, I walked alongside patients through retrievals, transfers, and the long wait for good news. I know how much it takes to get here.

    • A nurse's experience at your side.

I also spent years as a registered nurse on a mother-baby unit, caring for newborns and new parents in their first days. I bring that calm, practiced presence into your home as a doula.

    • Support from the fertility journey into parenthood.

I also offer fertility coaching, so I can walk with you from trying to conceive all the way into life with your baby.

    • Overnight support so you can actually rest.

Packages include overnight hours, so you can sleep and heal while your baby is cared for.

    • Truly personal, concierge care.

Every family's needs are different, so I offer custom packages built around yours.

    • Rooted in the South Bay.

I'm local and serve families throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.

My support is non-medical and does not replace care from your medical providers.

    How Support is Scheduled

Postpartum support is reserved in advance to ensure consistent, reliable care. Most families choose to reserve a set number of hours, which are scheduled over the first weeks postpartum based on your needs and availability. This allows for flexible, personalized support while ensuring you have dedicated care during this important transition. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your support.

Support is available as single sessions or ongoing care plans. I'll help you choose what feels right for your family.
