Navigating fertility treatment and early parenthood can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain.
While fertility clinics provide essential medical care, many individuals and families need additional support outside of appointments. Someone who understands the process and can offer guidance, reassurance, and a steady presence along the way. Hope to Haven exists to fill that gap, offering steady, judgment-free support between appointments, so you never have to wonder who to turn to next.
Hope to Haven provides fertility and postpartum support to help you feel more prepared, supported, and confident throughout your journey to parenthood.
Our Journey
You don't have to navigate this alone. Support is here every step of the way.

Education and emotional support through IVF or IUI, including preparation and guidance through the two-week wait. From cycle tracking questions to appointment prep, you'll always have someone to talk it through with before you call your clinic.
Designed to support you through one of the most uncertain and emotional parts of the journey.
Fertility Support
Support during early pregnancy after fertility treatment, including reassurance and emotional processing. This season often carries cautious hope, and having someone who understands that tension can make all the difference.
Helping you navigate the transition from fertility treatment to pregnancy with support and reassurance.

In-home support as you adjust to life with your newborn, including newborn care, infant feeding support, and recovery. Whether it's your first week home or your sixth, you don't have to figure out feeding, sleep, or your own recovery alone.
Providing guidance and reassurance during the early days of parenthood.
Postpartum Doula SupportA Steady Presence
"I feel so fortunate to have Katia as I transitioned from TTC all the way through postpartum and I can't recommend her enough."

Some days arrive like a swell you didn't see forming. You don't have to meet them alone.
Support that sits beside the clinical care you already receive, practical, unhurried, and shaped around your family.

From hoping, to holding. steady the whole way through.
As a registered nurse in a fertility clinic, I walked alongside patients through retrievals, transfers, and the long wait for good news. I know how much it takes to get here.
I also spent years as a registered nurse on a mother-baby unit, caring for newborns and new parents in their first days. I bring that calm, practiced presence into your home as a doula.
I also offer fertility coaching, so I can walk with you from trying to conceive all the way into life with your baby.
Packages include overnight hours, so you can sleep and heal while your baby is cared for.
Every family's needs are different, so I offer custom packages built around yours.
I'm local and serve families throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.
My support is non-medical and does not replace care from your medical providers.
